Loyalty program

Ice Time Rewards

Every $1 you spend on break spots earns you two things: Ice Time, which sets your rank, and Pucks, which you spend on rewards.

Your first bonus pack comes after just $200.

Your rank

Ice Time

1 minute for every $1 you spend. Cashing in Pucks never costs you Ice Time, so redeeming won't drop your rank.

Your wallet

Pucks

1 Puck for every $1, multiplied by your tier. Spend them on rewards whenever you like. Pucks never expire.

0+ minutes

Rookie

  • 1× Pucks on every purchase
  • 25 welcome Pucks on your first buy
  • 25 birthday Pucks
  • Empty Net bonus: if your random team gets no cards, that spot earns double Pucks

250+ minutes

Veteran

  • Everything in Rookie
  • 1.25× Pucks on every purchase
  • Discord ping before break spots go live
  • Vote on the next mixer's products

  • 1.5× Pucks on every purchase

Ice Time and Pucks count the spot price only, not shipping or tax. Refunded or cancelled orders don't earn.

New season, new ice: when each hockey season ends, everyone drops one tier and starts the season at that tier's minimum. Captains start as Veterans, Veterans start as Rookies. Your Pucks always carry over.
